You’re always welcome to just walk in. However, if you’re looking for a bespoke consultation, we highly recommend booking a slot so our tailors and stylists can give you their undivided attention.

Yes! If you’re within a 20km radius of our Jakarta store, we’d be happy to come to your home, office, or hotel. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange the visit, subject to our stylists’ availability.

The Crafting Process

Typically, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your fabric choice and our current schedule. Need it sooner for a special event? Let us know during your consultation, and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate rush requests.

We’ve curated a premium selection of wools, linens, cottons, and silk blends from some of the world’s finest mills. Looking for something specific? We also carry seasonal cloths, heritage textiles for formal events, and incredible Indonesian batiks.

We plan for that! Our bespoke garments are crafted with extra seam allowance specifically so we can make adjustments as your body changes over time. (Just keep in mind that significant size differences might require a complete re-cut or new fabric).

Definitely. If you have a piece you absolutely love, bring it in. We can use it as inspiration for style and fit, then elevate it with our signature bespoke craftsmanship.

While bespoke tailoring is our passion, we also carry a curated selection of ready-to-wear pieces in our store—like knit tees, overshirts, and Gurkha trousers. Our collections rotate seasonally, so it’s best to drop by and see what’s currently on the racks.

We certainly do. Under our Klassique Uniform brand, we design and craft custom uniforms for corporate teams, hospitality staff, and schools. We’re happy to work with small quantities, so don’t hesitate to reach out no matter the size of your team.

We do! We can outfit your entire groomsmen party, family, or corporate team in perfectly coordinated looks. Be sure to ask us about special rates for bulk orders.

Orders & Returns

Because every piece is custom-made from scratch, pricing varies based on your fabric choice, construction details, and personal customizations. We offer a wide range of options to fit different budgets, all while maintaining our strict standard of premium quality.

We require a 50% deposit to get started on your garment, with the remaining balance due when it’s finished. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and select digital payment methods.

Because bespoke garments are created exclusively for your unique measurements, they are non-returnable and orders cannot be canceled once work begins. However, your satisfaction is our ultimate priority—if the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly adjust it as part of our complimentary fitting service. We are committed to working with you until your garment is absolutely perfect.

Care & Warranty

We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. Every bespoke piece comes with a one-year warranty from its completion date, covering workmanship, including stitching, construction, and pattern-related issues.

To keep your garments looking pristine, avoid frequent washing. We recommend properly hanging them, letting them air out after a wear, and taking them to a professional dry cleaner only when absolutely necessary.

We’d love to. We offer professional pressing, minor repairs, and alterations exclusively for our past clients upon request.
